Osamarama made a template which you can use to cut a picture into 4 parts, a part at the top that is 770 x 100 for the banner, one that is 46 x 46 for the icon, a 212 x 159 for the profile pic, and one thats 400 x 400 for the news post. For info on how to do it, go to page 4 in the last link.
